Our Dental Office in Renton, WA

I was born and raised in Washington to a Korean family. I grew up in Kent and graduated from the University of Washington with degrees in Anthropology and History.

I have never lived outside of Washington, but, one day, I hope to travel and learn more from different people and cultures.

I chose dentistry because it is a great way to meet new people and help everybody in a more personable way. In anthropology, you can learn a lot about a person’s life through their teeth! So, I want to help people achieve a good life with a beautiful smile and educate them on the importance of oral health.

Another benefit of dentistry is it provides the opportunity to meet new people from different backgrounds and learn how to help out our local communities.

Outside of the Office:

In my spare time, I love to eat! My life goal is to try all the cuisines of the world – so please recommend new places to eat when you visit!

I also play the piano, love watching FRIENDS re-runs, and help youth members at my church.

I’m originally from South Korea. I immigrated here more than eight years ago. I’m not a perfect English speaker (yet!), but I like to have fun and am a big dog person. My dog’s name is Limo. He is a bit overweight, but he is adorable.

I chose dentistry because I wanted to get into the medical and health field. I enjoy supporting our dentists and helping teach patients how to improve their oral health.

Seeing patients smile and feeling their appreciation is the best part of my job. I also enjoy getting to know our patients and helping those who feel anxious to stay calm and relax.

Outside of the Office:

I LOVE video games! I can spend all day talking about them. I also view myself as somewhat of an artist (I studied art), so enjoy drawing too.
